These terms govern your use of ProShopMarket ("the marketplace", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What ProShopMarket is

ProShopMarket is a marketplace that lets independent golf club pro shops ("shops") list and sell products to shoppers. Each shop is an independent seller and is the seller of record for its products. We provide the platform and payment facilitation; we do not own or dispatch the stock ourselves.

Orders and payment

• Prices are set by each shop and shown in GBP. Payment is processed securely by Stripe.
• Your contract of sale for a product is with the shop you buy from.
• We charge shops a commission on sales; this does not add any cost to your order beyond the displayed price.
• Dispatch, delivery and after-sales support for a product are provided by the shop.

Returns and cancellations

Returns, refunds and cancellations are handled by the shop you purchased from, in line with your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Contact the shop, or us at hello@proshopmarket.co.uk, if you need help.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for activity under your account. Shops are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, stock and pricing.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Liability

The marketplace is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from a shop's products or fulfilment, or from matters outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
